We do not share your data with third parties unless we are required to by law, for example when a public authority asks us for it.

Some suppliers have access to your data because they provide services to us, such as website hosting, email or client management. They act as data processors, under a contract that requires them to process the data only on our instructions and with appropriate security measures.

Some of these suppliers may process data outside the European Economic Area. You can ask us for more information at info@trueworld.org.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or damage. These measures allow us to:

  • Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of our systems.
  • Quickly restore access to the data if there is a physical or technical incident.
  • Regularly test and assess that the measures are working.
